All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we want to ensure you receive your item in good condition. If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Email us at info@keyspirations.com
Damaged Item Exchange Policy
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will require proof of damage, such as a photo or video to process the exchange.
Exceptions
The only exception to our final sale policy is if the item arrives damaged. We do not make exceptions for any other reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Unexpected size (Size is listed in picture and description)
